Craig Valley Baptist Church hosted their annual Maundy Thursday Easter recently along with a delicious homecooked dinner. To honor the royalty of Jesus Christ, the tables were uniquely set up in a cross, covered in purple tablecloths.
In the center of the cross tables, a wooden cross was placed, with a crown of thorns as a remembrance of the brutal crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Rick Francisco led everyone in hymns and a special message was given by Pastor Joel Ward. The event ended with a candlelit communion service of joyful thanksgiving.
