Misty Lee Whitlock passed away March 24, 2021. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jack Anderson; grandmother and grandfather, Verlie and Irving Whitlock.
Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Cynthia Anderson; father, Timothy Whitlock; grandmother, Pearl Anderson; sisters, Joanna Crawford, Shannon Whitlock, and Madison Franklin; brothers, Allen Anderson and Jason Pentecost; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Misty was born November 24, 1983, in Roanoke and lived her life in Roanoke and New Castle. Misty loved life, her family, friends, and the flower Bleeding Heart.
A special thank you to Carilion Trauma, Roanoke and The Brian Center in Fincastle for taking care of Misty the last eleven years and five months.
Due to a long illness and COVID-19, memorial services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Humphreys United Methodist Church, c/o Judy Bess, PO Box 2 Paint Bank, VA 24131.
