The Roanoke College men’s lacrosse team will open the 2025 season with home non-conference matchups with Mary Washington University on Feb. 15 and Southern Virginia University Feb. 18. Roanoke begins Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) play with road games Feb. 22 at Averett University and Feb. 26 at Randolph College.

“As usual, the Roanoke men’s lacrosse team is playing one of the toughest schedules in the country,” said head coach Bill Pilat. “We are excited to play five teams who were ranked in the top 20 in Division III in 2024. The players are excited to head to Florida for Spring Break to play NCAA participant Grove City at Jacksonville University.”

The RC women will open Feb. 22 at Kenyon College. The squad doesn’t kick off their home slate until the start of ODAC play on March 15th when they take on Averett.

“We’re looking forward to another extremely challenging season,” said coach Erica Brown. “We’re playing some teams we haven’t played in a few years, along with some brand-new teams. We are playing six teams that made it to the NCAA’s last year and a number of teams that were ranked as well. It will be greatto see new faces before we get into ODAC play.”
