Recently, Craig-Botetourt Electric Cooperative reported an outage with its service affecting: Botetourt, Craig, Monroe, and Roanoke.
They reminded the members that “if outages occur, our crews will work as quickly and as safely as possible to restore service to all of our members.”
However, they wish to remind members that if they do experience an outage, please call their office to report it at (540) 864-5121 as they shared that this is the quickest and most effective way to report an outage to them and to always include your service address in any message.
