James Petersen has only been a New Castle resident since August 2022. Still, he shared a very important life lesson with his two granddaughters, Jordan and Madi, and his daughter, Chelsea Mathews, as they cleaned Rt. 615 around the highway and the 606 intersection. “We were happy to help!” Chelsea said. “My dad always taught me about nature. Leave it better than you found it!”
