Peggy Lou Huffman Crowder, 89 of New Castle, passed away on Thursday, February 11. She was born March 20, 1931, and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Louis Crowder and her mother, Hattie Gladys Huffman.
Surviving are her children, Patricia Gail Crowder, Wendell Alan (Sherry) Crowder; grandchildren, Kimberly Dawn Crowder, Charles Jackson “CJ” (Stacey) Crowder, and Jesse Alan Crowder; great-granddaughters, Allie Marie and Cora Nicole Crowder.
The family would like to thank the caregivers from Amedisys Hospice.
Funeral Services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 15, at Hebron United Methodist Church with Rev. Rodney Longmire Jr. officiating. Interment followed in the Hebron Church Cemetery. The family received friends one hour prior to the service.
