Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated January 25, 2013, in the original principal amount of $184,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Craig, Virginia in Deed Book 188, page 463, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on July 23, 2019, at 2:00 pm, in front of the building housing the Craig County Circuit Court, 182 Main Street, New Castle, VA 24127, the property designated as Lot 1-B, containing 15.609 acres (which acreage was erroneously omitted from prior recorded documents), as set forth on a plat of survey entitled “Plat from records for: Thomas H. and Beverly C. Palmer, Simmonsville Magisterial District, Craig County, Virginia”, (Resubdivision of Lot 1, Mountain Acres Subdivision Section 3), recorded in the aforesaid Clerk`s Office, in Deed Book 82, page 478. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises.
