Tiffany Ratliff and Carter Calfee, 2026 graduates of Craig County High School, each received the $2,000 George Todd Memorial Scholarship from Mountain Castles Soil and Water Conservation District.
Ratliff is pursuing a degree in animal studies from Montana State University. Calfee will be studying agricultural science at Ferrum College.
