Catherine Ponton shared this photo of a pumpkin vine that climbed an old apple tree in the yard of Dickie Ponton in the Craig City area of New Castle. While most of the pumpkins stayed in the patch below, one vine stretched upward “like Jack and the Beanstalk,” she said.
