Patriotism and small-town charm were on full display last Friday morning as New Castle gathered to celebrate America’s 249th birthday.
Families and friends lined Main Street, waving flags and cheering as the Independence Day parade made its way through town. Organizers called the event a great success, noting the strong community turnout and festive energy.
From vintage tractors to local floats and fire trucks, the celebration captured the spirit of the holiday. Look for full coverage and more photos in next week’s New Castle Record.
