ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to finalize accounting for
Foreclosure Sale Property known as
2288 Northside Road,
Newport, Virginia, in Craig County, Virginia, also referred to
as Lot Number Three (3), containing 29.204 acres and designated as Tax Map Number 115-A 17C, cannot conveniently be made as
Defendant, Brian Vavala, has not been seen nor heard from, and
whose whereabouts are unknown to all of the parties hereto, and that the best interests of all interested parties would be
promoted by the surplus of funds due to Defendant, Brian Vavala, be deposited with the Circuit Court of Craig County, Virginia and move forward with the
Final Accounting of
Foreclose Sale.
An affidavit having been made and signed that Brian
Vavala, is an individual whose last known address and whereabouts are unknown, it is hereby ORDERED, that the said
party appear on or before July 21, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. and do whatever is necessary to protect his interest for his surplus
funds.
It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be
published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in The New Castle Record, a newspaper of general circulation in the
County of Craig.
