The Board of Supervisors will hold a joint Public Hearing with the Craig County Planning
Commission on June 5th, 2025 at 6 pm, or soon thereafter at the Craig County
Courthouse in New Castle, Virginia, to consider the application of Mr. Jordan Labiosa,
“Conditional Use Permit”. The permit would allow Mr. Labiosa to use his accessory
building for a home o ce to conduct business. §58-287, (8) of the Craig County Code of
Ordinances under Home Occupation as de ned in §58-3, for review. This parcel is zoned
RR, Rural Residential, New Castle, VA 24127, Tax map #47-2-22. The property contains
1.12 acres and is located in the Craig City District on the corner of Hunters Drive – Rt 694
and Rocky Hill Lane – Rt 695.
