Pursuant to Virginia Code § 15.2-1427, notice is hereby given that
the Craig County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on
DECEMBER 5th, 2024 at 6 PM, or soon there after, in the Circuit
Court Courtroom of the Craig County Courthouse at 303 Main
Street, New Castle, Virginia 24127.
The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public
comment on the proposed amendment to Chapter 30-3 of the
Code of Ordinances, which pertains to reimbursement of expenses
incurred in responding to DUI and tra c incidents, increasing the
amount Craig County may bill as a at fee from $250 to $350 as
allowed by §15.2-1716 of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended.
