The Craig County volleyball team is looking to pick up their first win, or two, with a couple games on the road this week. The Rockets were scheduled to play at Bath County on Tuesday and Thursday they head to Buena Vista to meet Parry McCluer.

Craig comes into the week at 0-5 after falling to Eastern Montgomery in three sets last week. That was their home opener and also their Pioneer District opener. Both games this week are also district games, and the jayvees will open doubleheaders both nights.

The Craig County Middle School team will have a home game next Monday, September 30. The Rockets will host Central Academy from Botetourt County.

On Thursday, October 3rd, the Rockets will have a tripleheader in New Castle against Narrows. The middle school will play at 4:30 pm followed by the jayvees at 5:30 pm and the varsity at approximately 7 pm.
