Pursuant to Virginia Code § 15.2-1427, notice is hereby given that
the Craig County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing
on OCTOBER 3rd, 2024 at 6 PM, or soon there after in the Circuit
Court Courtroom of the Craig County Courthouse at 182 Main
Street, New Castle, Virginia 24127.
The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public
comment on the proposed adoption of an ordinance amending
Sections 38-305 and 38-307 of the Craig County Code to require
accommodations providers who o er or furnish accommodations
facilitated by accommodations intermediaries to le
informational returns.
A copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance is on le for
inspection during normal business hours in the O ce of the
County Administrator at 108 Court Street, New Castle VA 24127.
