Craig Valley Baptist Church and Grace Baptist Church hosted the 6th Annual Community Church Chili Cookoff on Feb. 24. Four churches participated, with over 70 in attendance and 10 chili entries. The winners were 1st place—Brent Montgomery from Craig Valley Baptist, 2nd place—Steve Dufree from St John’s and 3rd—Karen Walker from Craig Valley Baptist. Organizers reported that it was a fun event with good food, fellowship and music.
