With Halloween just around the corner, many churches and groups are planning a fun and safe event for the kids in Craig County.
Oct 28:
Level Green Christian Church – Family fall festival with games, crafts, and trunk-or-treat
Oct. 31:
- Craig County Fairgrounds – Trunk-or-treat – 5-7 p.m., organized by Holly Brown. Open to all residents if they wish to join in and fill their vehicle trunks with candy and decorations.
- Lighthouse Baptist Church – Tract-or-treat, 5-7 p.m. (located in Rt. 311 – in the flats)
- Craig Valley Baptist Church – Trunk or treat, 6-8 p.m., snacks, hot chocolate, apple cider and coffee (located beside of Bibos)
- Cornerstone Church – Hallow harvest, 5p – 8p, serving homemade chili, candy, bonfire and hot chocolate (located diagonally from the fairgrounds)
- Gravel Hill Christian Church – Trunk-or-treat 5-7 p.m., (located in Simmonsville at 663 Gravel Hill Rd. off Rt. 42)
- New Castle Christian Church – Trunk-or-treat, 5:30-8 p.m., (located beside of IGA Express Exxon)
