In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 29, 2021 executed by Noah Layne Persinger-Surface to David B. Spigle, Trustee, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Craig, Virginia as Instrument No. 210000529 conveying the hereinafter described property in trust to secure the payment of a certain debt therein described and providing for sale of the property in the event of default in the payment of same, and default having been made in the payment of the said debt secured and having been requested so to do by the legal holder of the evidence thereof, the undersigned, as Trustee, will on the 15th day of March, 2023 at 12:00 Noon at the front door of the Circuit Courthouse of the County of Craig, located at 182 Main St. New Castle, Virginia 24127, sell at public auction the property described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust and being located in Craig County, Virginia:
Twenty-seven (27) acres of land, more or less, in the vicinity of Level Green Church, adjoining the lands of Henrietta Duncan, the heirs of C.H. Hughes, and others, and is the same land conveyed to L.E. Hughes in a partition deed between the said L.E. Hughes and other dated November 24, 1933 and recorded in Deed Book “Z”, page 450, 451, and 452, of the records of the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Craig County, Virginia.
