David C. Shelor Sr., 86, passed away at his home on April 22, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Loyd Shelor, and mother, Tomie Shelor. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Delois Shelor, children, Bob and Mary Beth Merrill, Rob and Donna Webb, Lisa Shelor, Chris and Jasper Shelor of Roanoke, David C. Shelor Jr. and Emily Shelor of Staunton; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild; a sister, Louise Garman and a brother Jack Shelor of Catawba.
