Carole, 80, of San Diego / Placerville, California, passed away on June 17, 2020, at her home. She was born on September 24, 1939, in New Castle, a daughter of the late William Bruce Elmore and the late Margaret Corinne Ohmer Elmore. She was also preceded in death by her two sisters, Joann Elmore and Jane Lee Webb, and her two brothers, James M Elmore and Larry Bruce Elmore.
Carole married Bruce R Wright of Catawba and moved to Los Angeles in 1966. She is survived by their two children, Gregory Wright and Suzanne Wright-Goodman, both whom reside with their families in San Diego.
Carole loved cooking, living beachside for years on Coronado Island and studying her Bible. She was an amazing mother and friend to so many. She has gone home to be with her beloved Savior and loving family. The Elmore’s of New Castle are together again.
