“We can only imagine what they have been through, but for them to step up and want to help others, is the great thing about this country and this Commonwealth that we live in,” said Governor Northam. “We live in a world of data right now and I think our job is to be able to do the best we can in collecting that data and then determine what we do with that data as well.”
