Inclement weather continued to raise havoc with the Craig County sports scheduled as baseball, softball and soccer games were postponed last week due to poor weather and resulting wet fields.
The baseball team was rained out of games with Narrows and Covington. They’ll be made up as doubleheaders the next time the teams appear on the schedule. This week Craig is at Bath for two on Tuesday and in Princeton, West Virginia Friday for a game with Montcalm at Gardner Field.
The softball team was also rained out of games with Narrows and Covington. The girls will also be at Bath for two on Tuesday.
The soccer team was rained out of a home game with Pocahontas last Friday as the Craig field was unplayable. The soccer team was scheduled to play at Bath on Tuesday and on Thursday Auburn will come here.
