Also scoring for Glenvar were Becky Linkous in seventh, Kailee Sesler in 14th, Madison Osburn in 23rd and Isabelle Pope in 26th place. There were 43 girls in the race.

In the boys’ meet Will Miller of James River won by over a minute with a time of 15:39. Dustin Wade led the Highlanders at 17:36 for seventh place. Also scoring for the Highlanders were Bryant Loftis in 22nd, Adren Jacobs in 24th, Peyton Fletcher in 26th and Brendan Killeen in 28th. There were 56 runners in the boys race.

Carly Wilkes of Glenvar won the middle school 3K race with a time of 10:44.5. That was a minute and seven seconds faster than the second place girl from Carroll County, Amie Delp.
