Linda Faye Dudding, 82, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 31, 2017. She was reunited with her parents, Howard C. and Edith C. Dudding; brother, Wayne Dudding; and grandson, Nicholas Paynotta.
Linda is survived by her children, Julie Paynotta and her nine children Christine, Melissa, Jonathan, Sarah, David, Joseph, Rita, Anna and Matt; Teresa Paynotta and her four children, Amanda, Michael, Lillian and Abigail; Nicole Paynotta and granddogs, Jefferson, Rex and Bel; Lisa and Rick Clark and their child, Ryan Clemons; great grandchildren, Mason, Max, Grayson, Geoël and Trevor; brothers, Howard Dudding, Jr., Clarence Wright and wife, Kathy; one sister, Jean Webb and husband, Harold; her cat, Wenk; and numerous other family members and friends.
A memorial service was held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Oakey’s East Chapel. Officiated by Pastor Elmer Clemons, the family received friends one hour prior to the service.
