Catawba Valley Farmers Market – 3:30 to 7:00 p.m., at Catawba Community Center. LOCAL meats, eggs, vegetables, fruits, honey, baked goods including breads, cakes, cookies & scones. Watch fried pies being made. Plants, potted flowers, wildflowers. Handmade arts & crafts. Music on occasion. Each week, SNAP personnel will demonstrate simple inexpensive recipes on ways to incorporate fresh foods from the farmers market into family dinners. SNAP/EBT cards accepted.
