The Craig County sports teams will be back to their regular schedules after taking time off for spring break last week.

Jesse Brizendine connects for the Rockets.

The baseball and softball teams will both have two home games this week. Parry McCluer was scheduled to visit both on Tuesday, and on Thursday Eastern Montgomery comes to New Castle for both baseball and softball. Both are scheduled to begin at 5:30 pm.

Jake Robertson hustles down the line to first.

The softball team was scheduled to participate in the Brookville Invitational last Saturday, but results were too late for early Easter deadlines. Next week Craig is at Narrows on Monday.

Olivia Garman has been an ace on the mound for Craig County.

The baseball team is also at Narrows on Monday, April 24. The baseball team had no games scheduled for last week.

Tierrney Zysk takes a rip.

The Craig County track team will be back on the oval today, Wednesday, with a meet at Parry McCluer.
