Fincastle – Botetourt County Circuit Courthouse Complex Power Outage – Botetourt County officials have just learned that the circuit courthouse complex will be without power for the rest of the day on Tuesday. Appalachian Power notified the county of a line failure which will affect several county offices, including Administration, Treasurer, Commissioner of Revenue, Building, Engineering and Zoning. Residents with business in any of the affected offices are advised to postpone both visits and phone calls until Wednesday, when power is expected to be restored.
