Craig County Public Schools is seeking applicants to fill a vacancy on the Craig County School Board representing the Craig City District.
The vacancy took effect on Oct. 4. The individual appointed to the seat will serve the remainder of the current term, which expires Dec. 31, 2027.
Applicants must be qualified voters and residents of the Craig City District.
Interested residents must complete the Craig County School Board Member Application and may submit a current résumé for consideration. The application asks applicants to provide their contact information, current employer and occupation, whether they have family members employed by the school system and an explanation of why they want to serve on the School Board.
Applicants will be considered at the Craig County School Board’s regular meeting Oct. 13.
