The CRAIG COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION on July 21 st , 2026 at 6
pm, or soon thereafter at the Craig County Courthouse in New Castle,
Virginia, to consider the application of Mrs. Bonnie Carper for a, “SPECIAL
EXCEPTION”. The permit would allow Mrs. Carper, a special exception on
her Agricultural property, (A-1) for the construction of a 600 sq ft residence
for her to live in next to the primary home. This parcel is zoned A-1,
Agriculture, Limited District and is located at 19791 Cumberland
Gap, New Castle, VA 24127, Tax map #71 A 25. The property contains 4.5
acres and is located in the Simmonsville District of Craig County.
