Thelma Estelle Fisher, 86 of New Castle, went to be with the Lord, Friday, June 26, 2026. She was preceded in death by parents, Goode & Hallie Ratcliff Fisher; brothers, Albert Fisher & Ralph Fisher; and nephews, Donnie & Ronnie Fisher.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Dorothy Fisher; nieces and nephews, Wanda (Frank) Reynolds, Shelia (Roger) St. Clair, and Carolyn Ward, Bonnie Anderson, Connie (Donnie) Richardson, and Nancy Fisher; numerous great nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Paitsel Funeral Home with Pastor Lee Looney officiating. Interment will follow at Level Green Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1-2 pm, one hour before the service.
