Craig County Public Schools announced that the Craig County School Board approved a change to the 2025-26 school calendar during its most recent meeting.
As a result of the change, Wednesday, May 20, 2026 — the final day of the school year — will now be an early release day for all students. Schools will dismiss at 1:30 p.m.
School officials thanked students, families and staff for their continued support throughout the school year and wished everyone a safe and restful summer break.
