SHOW CAUSE ORDER AGAINST DISTRIBUTION
It appearing that a report of the accounts of Jerome S. Nichols, III, Executor of the Estate of Jerome S. Nichols, Jr., deceased, and of the debts and demands against his Estate has been filed in the office of the Clerk of The Circuit Court of the County of Botetourt, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor.
On the motion of the Executor, it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the Estate of Jerome S. Nichols, Jr., do show cause, if any they can, on the 4th day of May, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., before this Court at its courtroom in the County of Botetourt, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Jerome S. Nichols, Jr., deceased, to parties thereto entitled under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, with or without refunding bonds as the Court prescribes.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Fincastle Herald, a newspaper pf general circulation in the county of Botetourt, Virginia.
