SHOW CAUSE ORDER
It appearing that a report of the accounts of Magdiel fisher, Administratrix of the Estate of Dallas Lee Fisher, Jr, deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate has been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Magdiel Fisher, Administratrix, IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all other persons interested in the above estate show cause, if they can, on the 27th day of April, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom, against payment of the debts of the estate in the order and proportion in which they may be entitled, except such as should be reserved for payment of the remaining costs of administration.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in NEW Castle Record, a newspaper published in Craig County.
