ROANOKE – The Virginia Western Community College Educational Foundation awarded $189,070 in scholarships to 144 students attending the Spring 2025 semester.
The Foundation also introduced four new scholarships this year: the Blue Ridge Wildflower Society Scholarship in Honor of Rich Crites; the Lottie G. & Roy E. Flora Annual Scholarship; the Lottie G. & Roy E. Flora Endowed Scholarship; and the Trees Virginia Annual Scholarship.
