The Craig County Planning Commission on March 25th at 6 pm, or soon thereafter at the
Craig County Courthouse in New Castle, Virginia, to consider the application of Mr.
Matthew Graber, “Conditional Use Permit”. The permit would allow Mr. Graber to
conduct commercial business making handmade furniture and cabinets, as long as there is
no outside storage. §58-258, (8) of the Craig County Code of Ordinances. This parcel is
zoned A-1, Agriculture , Limited District and is located on Midway Place and Cumberland
Gap Road (route 42), New Castle, VA 24127, Tax map #95-4-10. The property contains
13.348 acres and is located in the Simmonsville District on the right side of State Route 42,
between Bethel Church Road and View Point Drive.
