The object of this suit is to appoint a guardian and conservator to care for the person and estate of the Respondent.
And, based on an affidavit filed herein, the Court finds that there exists sufficient grounds for causing service of process by publication.
It is ORDERED that any and all unknown relatives who have any interest in this matter to appear at the above-named Court on or before the 12th day of November, 2024
at11:00 a.m. to do whatever is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in The New Castle Record, Salem, Virginia, and that a copy hereof be posted on the front door of the Courthouse.
