The recent New Castle Mud Run lucked into good weather on Saturday, May 25. The crowd enjoyed the food vendors set up, including the banana pudding cookies, pretzel bites and even dog treats. The races didn’t disappoint, and everyone is looking forward to July’s event. Find the May points standings from the Open, Hot, Mod, Street, 4&6, Youth 4&6, and SxS events on the Facebook page. The next Mud Run event will be held on Saturday, July 20th. Gates open on Rt 311 and Country Campground Drive at 9 a.m. The entrance is just north of the Carpers Store.
