Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 18, 2005, in the original principal amount of $88,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk`s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Craig, Virginia on July 22, 2005, in Deed Book 150, at page 542, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on October 17, 2023 at 1:00 PM, in front of the building housing the County of Craig Circuit Court, 182 Main Street, New Castle, VA 24127, the property designated as Tract No.1 containing 1.40 acres +/-, Tract No. 2 containing 0.22 acres +/-, and the Alice Q. Lee House Tract containing 0.50 acre, as described on plats or maps prepared by John Max Hancock, Sr., C.L.S., recorded in the aforesaid Clerk`s Office in Deed Book 43, Page 201 and in Deed Book 27 Page 400. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises.
