This past weekend was youth turkey season, and several men took their little ones out for a gobbler look. Lee Sarver shared that he had a proud moment as a grandfather, saying, “I know it was raining and I rarely go in the rain anymore BUT it was youth day and I’ll be at Church tomorrow, SO, we went anyway, and this big bird comes in really early, got to about 25 yards and Bug let him have it and all he did was the turkey flop! The excitement was great, the shouts and laughter was crazy and Bug impersonating the turkey flop was hilarious! But as we rode out of the mountains, Bug said, ‘Papsy whenever I go hunting, I will always remember you.’ Yes, I’m still tearing up, thank you Jesus for such great memories, so blessed!”
