Enid Dooley Zysk Pouille, 71 of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 2. She served in the United States Navy for six years, and worked at Litton Poly Sci and Fiber Com before retiring in 2001. She also retired from the Veterans Administration in 2017.
She was preceded in death by husband; Frank Zysk, daughter; Tracey Anderson, parents; Houston and Brenda Dooley, Brothers; Ernest, Barry and Marshall Dooley, survived by husband; Eric Pouille, son; Burt Anderson, son and daughter-in-law; Tim and Alison Anderson, grandchildren; Shane and Will Anderson, Quintessa and Dustin Snider, Tierrney Zysk, Megan Paxton, Stacey Zysk and Sarah Zysk, Sisters; Marlene, Conner and Colleen Altice.
Funeral Services, officiated by Pastor Robert “Bob” Auxier, were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, September 7, at Paitsel Funeral Home. Interment followed with Military Honors provided by the United States Navy at Old Dominion Cemetery in Cloverdale. The family received friends two hours prior to the funeral.
