“We have a chance to get health care access for up to 400,000 of our fellow Virginians, our friends and neighbors,” said Governor Northam.
“We can help our neighbors while we also bring in millions of dollars in additional money to help treat mental illness and substance use and create more jobs. Wherever we live in the state, we want Virginians to be able to access health care so they can live good, productive lives.”
