Roundabout signs ready to go up

Signs that will direct traffic through the new roundabout at Exit 150 are ready to go up. The sign bases are in place and the signs are sitting around the new intersection already attached to crossbars that will hold them. This sign shows the routing motorists should follow when heading north toward US 11 on the new Gateway Crossing. Crews are still putting the finishing touches on the roundabout and paving work continues on the road portion and the new entrance ramp onto I-81 north. VDOT officials expect the roundabout to open in September or October.
