Mowry, a sophomore midfielder, scored six goals and added seven assists, while playing the most minutes of any player on the team.
“His ball skills and passing ability allowed us to possess the ball with consistency and he equaled Drew Benne for most goals scored and assists,” said Salem coach Dean Jones.
Benne was named as the first striker on the first team with Sahil Patel in the third spot as a striker on the first team. In the midfield Jonas Oliver was named in the third spot. Jonas played as a defensive midfielder in front of the back four and, next to Alec, had the second most minutes on the field.
Will Snyder, another sophomore, was voted the first defender on the first team with four goals and four assists. He made these contributions by overlapping down the left side and joining the offense over and over again.
Sophomore Noah Turner was named as the third defender on the first team as a central defender. Both Brayden Meadows and Jacob Muncy were named as Honorable Mention goal keepers on the all-conference team.
