LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Christiansburg Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Christiansburg Town Hall, 100 E. Main Street, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments concerning:
Street vacation request by Zack Bracket to vacate an approximately 206-foot portion unimproved right-of-way on the west side and an approximately 82-foot unimproved rightof-way on the north side of property located at 301 Radford Street NW, identified as Tax Parcel 526 – ((23 BK 2)) – 1; Parcel ID 009163.
Information on the preceding ordinance, the Town’s Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance, and Future Land Use Map may be viewed in the Planning Department, 100 E. Main Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073-3029 during normal office hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
