JOSEPH L. KESSINGER Case No. CL21-652 PATRICIA G. KESSINGER ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this suit is equitable distribution in the final divorce of the parties, along with other such relief as the Court may order. An affidavit having been filed that diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the location of the named Patricia G. Kessinger, it is hereby ORDERED that the named defendant appear on or before January 31, 2026 at 8:30 a.m , and do what is necessary to protect her interest therein.

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Radford News Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Radford, Virginia, with a copy of this Order to be posted at the front door of the Courthouse, and a copy mailed to those Defendants named in this Order whose last addresses are known, if any. It is further ORDERED that Radford News Journal provide a Certificate of Publication and an invoice to counsel for the Plaintiff, as named below.
