At the Nov. 18 meeting of the Town of New Castle, clarifications about the 311 Tattoo business were made. Supporters came out to learn more about the process of opening a business in the local community.
The requested information in reference to the building being a temporary building was provided, stating that the proposed building is “without wheels” meets the legal requirements for licensing.
Thanks to the work of Dan Collins, Craig County Administrator and Lenny Macdonald, Town of New Castle Mayor, the business will move forward.
311 Tattoo owner, Justin Seate, was excited and said, “Now we can get this done!” The temporary building will find its home in the lot adjacent to the library. Utilities will be connected soon. Watch for updates.
