Iola Justine Myers Carper, 100 of New Castle, passed away Friday, Dec. 15, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Jack Carper; parents, Jesse & Ada Myers, Sr; brothers, Hezzie, Kenneth, & Jesse Jr. Myers; and a sister, Dollie Jeffreys.
She is survived by nieces & nephews, and many other family members.
A special thanks to the staff of Snyder Nursing Home in Salem for their care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the New Castle Vol. Fire Dept. or the Craig Co. Rescue Squad.
Graveside Services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, at Huffman Memorial Park. The family received friends 12:30 – 1 p.m. at the cemetery.
