The New Castle Methodist Church annual Christmas bazaar was deemed to be a huge success as many were at the doors as it opened at 8 a.m. It seemed everyone left with something they purchased.

The homemade gravy biscuits, and other breakfast items, as well as the baked goods went fast as people bought two and three at a time.
