From the East Coast of the United States in New Castle, to the snowy North Pole where Santa lives, letters from young students that were sent have been answered.
Several students in McCleary Elementary School recently wrote their Christmas “wish lists” to Jolly Ole’ St. Nicholas.
School teachers shared that they always enjoy this time of year as the kids seem get quite creative in their letters plus they love to see the sparkle in the students’ eyes as they express their desires to relay to Santa.
Several classes shared their thoughts to their teacher or wrote personal letters themselves. The heartfelt messages make one wish they could be a kid again, even if “just for a day.”

Chris Ratliff’s Kindergarten class wrote their own letters for Santa, most in their individual handwriting.
It’s a wonderful “hohoho” time at McCleary Elementary. The kids are ready for Christmas break and counting the days down for their special visit from Santa on Christmas Eve as their letters are tucked away on Santa’s list.
