Ruth Frango Duncan, 94 of New Castle, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 29. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frankie “Bubbie” Duncan; daughter, Mary Hoback; father and mother, David and Hattie Dobbs Frango; brothers, Frank, David, Jr., Elmer Ray; sisters, infant Thelma May and Dorothy Dressler.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Lynn Christian and husband Greg; great-granddaughter, Nikki and husband Steve; great-grandson, Greg, Jr. and wife Kassie; great-great-grandchildren, Bryan, Abby, Gavin, Logan, Annabelle, and Alyssa; sister, Pearl; numerous nieces and nephews; special friend, Betty Hughes; niece, Wanda Stull.
The family would like to thank Carilion Hospice for all their care.
Funeral Services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 1, at Paitsel Funeral Home. Interment followed at Crossroads Church Cemetery. The family received friends one hour before the service.
